This was an initial visit with Dr. Derian. As such, this was not at all what I expected. I was expecting her to go over my list of ailments with me. I showed her my list, she looked at it, and returned to me. We didn't discuss but one or two, may three. I am a 28-yr Veteran and I have medical issues that she needs to know. Additionally, she told me that she would not prescribe Pregabalin - I have an issue with that! I have been on it for over 40 years. She changed the subject when I asked if there were alternatives. I am also a Type II Diabetic with neuropathy in both feet. She never asked to examine my my feet at all. Dr. Derian seems like a nice person but I am afraid I will be changing to another PCP.

Dr. Derian is by far the best primary care doctor I have had in many years! She is thorough, easy to talk to about concerns and flexible in types of treatment/medication to provide.
