APRN Dylan was amazing.

Dylan came across as if she was doing me a favor by seeing me since she was no longer accepting patients. Once again, not my fault no ine contacted me or informed me when I made the appointment. Dylan made it seem as if the medications I have been prescribed was not accurate. I have been in the TGH system and it states in my chart what I take. I am not left having to find a new provider that feels compentent enough to prescribe me my medication. I came to this appointment with concerns and only two were semi addressed. A referral for a specialist and my labs drawn. I have had good expeirence at the main hospital and burn unit. This location had bad reviews and I should have listened to them. Im out of meds that help me function and as needed thanks to Dylan and this location. How about not allowing anyone to see a provider as new patient at all when that provider is not accepting. Letting the patient know in advance. We manage our time to see them only to be let down.

Dylan was awesome! Very friendly and very professional and I considered her to be an expert at providing care for my visit reason.
