I was told I'll get a callback about scheduling a recheck after my bloodwork results and I never did.

Dylan was an exceptional listener. She was professional and patient.

APRN Dylan was amazing.

Dylan came across as if she was doing me a favor by seeing me since she was no longer accepting patients. Once again, not my fault no ine contacted me or informed me when I made the appointment. Dylan made it seem as if the medications I have been prescribed was not accurate. I have been in the TGH system and it states in my chart what I take. I am not left having to find a new provider that feels compentent enough to prescribe me my medication. I came to this appointment with concerns and only two were semi addressed. A referral for a specialist and my labs drawn. I have had good expeirence at the main hospital and burn unit. This location had bad reviews and I should have listened to them. Im out of meds that help me function and as needed thanks to Dylan and this location. How about not allowing anyone to see a provider as new patient at all when that provider is not accepting. Letting the patient know in advance. We manage our time to see them only to be let down.

Dr. Dylan is one of the most exceptional doctors I've ever had. She is incredibly thorough and genuinely concerned about my well-being. She listens attentively and pays close attention to my concerns. I feel valued and understood during my visits.

Dylan APRN was phenomenal and thorough with her explanations and assessment. What wasn't great about this visit is the fact that I thought I was establishing care with her. When I got to the clinic the front desk informed me that I couldn't establish care with her as "she's not taking new patient's," but if I have a current problem she could see me today and then I can make another appointment with a different provider to get established. This is such an inconvenience and a huge patient dissatisfier and makes me want to establish care elsewhere. I do not have time to keep making appointments with other providers to establish care.

She was attentive and patient. I was having issues expressing all I was experiencing and she helped me connect the dots.

Dylan McWherter APRN provided me with the best care I have received from any of TGMG - MD included. She reviewed the notes from the nurse assistant, listened to my "ailment narrative" and immediately preformed an exam and outlined the treatment. She made certain I understood this outline and recommended a X-Ray with a follow up visit. She also made sure of a follow up phone call after her review of my X-Ray. By far the best.

Dr Dylan was wonderful. Listened, took time with me and answered all my questions and dicussed in detail my concerns. She made me feel relaxed. She was very knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done.

Dylan listened and was very attentive . It is challenging for her as I've not had medical insurance so there is great deal to catch up on. I respect her attention and appreciate it. I present well but have several some serious issues
