I felt rushed and not listened to because the PA was dismissive of my concerns and did not explain anything to me about the symptoms I was having

This was my first meeting, so it was very helpful that it wasn't reushed; built up plenty of good feelings for future encounters with my new provider.

I waited on the video call for over an hour and no one came on.

I wish the PA had explained what the recommended imaging studies were looking for and why they were needed. He referred me to TGH radiology for an acute condition (cholecystitis). On arrival I was told the wait would be three weeks for X-ray and ultrasound. This Is not the PA's fault, but there was zero concern from radiology about the wait time or finding an alternative provider. I messaged the PA three times, but he did not respond for a week. It took a week for the clinic to inform me of imaging results from Bayfront. Eventual response was terse.
