Always on point

It was a pleasure meeting Doctor Furr and her staff. They were all professional, efficient and I appreciated the lab technician.

Dr. Furr is excellent at "Bedside Manners", Listening, Caring, showing True Compassion. She's knowledgeable and takes pride in helping her patients. She is an excellent doctor. There wasn't a long wait this time which was awesome. The only company complaint I have ever had is the "wait" to see her. I do realize it's because she spends that Quality Time with all her patients, so it's worth it in the long run.

Dr Helen Furr is an asset turns out I have lots and lots of problems that were ignored by this facility for very long time and now no one is ignoring me and that helps a lot

The doctor took her time, asked questions and really listened and explained

Dr Furr left the room to what I thought to get something but never came back. I didn't even know I was fine until the nurse came back in. It was odd she didn't ask me "is that all we covered everything for you?" No goodbye, no have a great day, nothing.

The doctor just left me in the room without explaining what's the next step to be done I have to Ask the assistant to call the doctor back So can explain to me what's the step For me

Dr. Furr is wonderful. She listened to me, and I never felt rushed or not listened to (unlike with previous providers at different practices). I felt like she cared and was willing to explore options.

Dr. Helen Furr is great.

Dr. Furr consistently enters without knocking and then leaves without closing out (says she'll be right back and never comes back). While in the appointment with her, she is great. I feel confident in her ability to provide proper direction and care but I would like her to give me time to ask questions and ensure I have proper understanding of next steps.

The care provider did not explain much or ask me questions before prescribing me medication. She just prescribed me what SHE thought was right not what was right for me as an individual. I will be going to a different doctor next time
