My first meeting with Kim. She is amazing. She listened to me, asked if I had any questions. I will recommend her. I am grateful to have her as my provider.

I have a lot going on and Kimberly let me talk. Her first question was to ask if i have support at home. Very compassionate amd carimg.

She makes me feel safe. She really gets it and won't tell me I'm maxed out on my medication.

Dr Frack is amazing. She is kind and just really wants me to be healthy.

Not as attentive or caring as the previous provider especially. And I presented a problem to the nurse and she didn't communicate it or she forgot ? And then with everything going on I did too until she already left and it was too late since she's quick

As someone who is terrified of doctors or anything medical I would never recommend her to anyone I know. I expressed how im scared of anything medical (Blood, needles, doctors, etc) and its like anything i said didn't matter. There was no understanding/concern to what i had said and just told me i needed to give blood cause it's important. She made me feel uncomfortable, anxious and just like I was another appointment. All the concerns I had were met with other appointments I should go to. Basically felt like her saying I don't know nor have the time to care go to someone else. Overall terrible experience

I ended up booking an appointment for a physical, but because I had so many questions and requests for referrals, she took the time to ensure those needs were met and that I felt taken care of. My Primary Care Provider is very Patient and understanding and makes me feel comfortable discussing my health concerns with her.

The provider visit lasted 5 minutes. Questions asked "Any issues with medications? I see all the labs were not done. Let me talk to lab and see if the missed labs can be added to your blood drawn 2 days ago." She went out of the room to talk to the lab tech. The MA came in asking for urine sample which I provided and came back to my exam room just to be told the provider is done with me and will call with lab results. No physical exam, no listening to heartbeat etc. I had issues to discuss but she took off and went to another patient. Wast of my time.

I'm so thankful that my boys and I were treated like people and not problematic shove them out quick types
