Dr Grill was very attentive, collaborative, considerate, and thorough. She has a good understanding of things that other doctors avoid, there's a time and place for specialists of course, but being able to begin the conversation and often the care with Dr Grill could not be more appreciated. Willingness to use the portal to address some questions and concerns is also a benefit.
