For an initial visit Melanie, ARNP should have spent more time assessing the patient. After she left we remembered a back injury and the assistant informed her but she did not return to the room to assess the patient's back.

Melanie Bliese, APRN was super. I explained all my past and on going problems. Any procedures {Dx testing} I had encountered, my deep concerns, and plan for the future. She listened to everything I said, made a plan with me for all my Dx testing and care, has answered my questions In MyChart, and even ordered a follow up blood test for some abnormal readings. This Is the type of care all patients needs, someone who will listen to the patient, take their concerns seriously, and work with the patient on a plan of action... This Is what Melanie did for me.. She made me apart of my care plan.
