I Satisfied with my first visit.

Service is good once you are scheduled but getting in is the problem, major, due to excessive time before appointments are available.

This provider showed very little to none care about provider- patient relationship. She didn't seem caring or concerned about me as a person. I wishbi had known this about her because I would have canceled my visit.I work in the health system and know how important itvis to connect with the patient and establish a trusting and collaborative relationship.

Samantha was outstanding! Extremely professional, very attentive, organized and detail oriented. She was very kind to answer my questions and make certain I understood all that was being done and being submitted to my orthopedic doctor. She was able to quickly determine I was missing a chest x-ray which is outstanding because I am also very detail oriented and I went immediately and got that taken care of. She actually spoke to me today to make sure that I knew the results of that chest x-ray had been forwarded to my doctor. Her care for me as a patient was fantastic!!
