Victoria A Jacobs, APRN

My experience with Victoria was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a provider. She was respectful, took her rime explaining things about prior results no other doctor had, and spoke to me about weight loss in a non judgmental way that didn't have me crying in my car afterwards. I felt heard, respected, and valued.

I won't take another appointment with this nurse practitioner. To let a sick patient wait for 55 min shows no respect for the patient. And saying they were busy is not an excuse because the office was not crowded, there was no excuse.

This was the first time that I was actually relaxed at the office, I was not rushed and I was heard and listened to. The NP was the very pleasant and so was the young lady before that. If everyone was as nice as these two ladies then I would go to the Doctor more often. I didn't feel like I was just a number, I was treated very kindly
