Doctor talks to soft. Stands behind computer screen. Not personal at all no conversation. Stated I need a prescription refilled as she was leaving the room she said don't worry about that I will get It later. She never returned. I the assistant she said she would take of it and also gave me a script for blood test and return In 4 weeks. Upon check out the desk they said I was all set to go. I asked about return appointment for blood results they said the doctor did not write that In the report. Would you like a appointment. Nurse assistant was great. Thumbs down for the doctor!! Will have to return for test results, Will have to get a second opinion can't say I have much trust in her

Dr Ro Dowell spent about 5 minutes with me; read through my blood test, briefly listened to my breathing and was done.

Dr Hanna Ro Dowell didn't listen to my concerns and just submitted referrals. This is not the first time and it makes me believe she's not able to make informed decisions due to lack of experience or competence, or both. The appointment felt rushed even though she was 40 min late

I have no complaints at all

I waited 60 mins for the dr, the visit lasted 5 mins. She didn't examine my throat, eyes, nose or ears. She went simply with the diagnosis of the telehealth physician and didn't provide any of her own recommendation. She requested xray of chest but not sure why.

Dr. Ro Dowell is truly excellent in every aspect. I am incredibly satisfied and appreciative of her quality of care.

Dr. Ro Dowel (I'm not certain of her last name) was excellent, intelligent, listened & responded with appropriate treatment & options. She's a terrific D.O.!

After reading reviews, I hoped they weren't right and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. However, I found them to be spot on. The provider barely looked at us, went right to the computer, did not attempt to get to know the patient or ask questions. The patient/family questions/concerns were resolved by immediately submitting referrals instead of asking questions or providing feedback or recommendations. This showed a lack of empathy and incompetence that questions couldn't be answered or addressed without being farmed out to another doctor. As a RN, I was very disappointed in the lack of patient centered care and bedside manner presented to a new patient.

Difficulty understanding the care giver & I believe she had difficulty understanding my issue

Only told me she would give me a referral, did not listen to any of my concerns and other problems I wanted to address during the visit. Ignored me while I was trying to explain my health concern and attempted to listen to my lungs while I was trying to tell her about the reason I was there. Did not talk about what I could do in the mean time while I get an appointment with the referral. And ran out of the room as if I was not there. It felt as though she did not want to be there and I was bothering her by being in her presence. She is a poor communicator and does not inspire confidence in her practice.

The Doctor did not seem interested in my care. She stood behind the computer, never looking at me. Did not shake my hand or make me feel welcomed. No bedside manner. I was not impressed. She did not care that I had not had any blood work done since Feb, I was due in August. I won't be returning. I will find another doctor who does care.

This doctor wasnt personable, didn't look at me, more concerned to work on the computer. She wanted me to wait another 6 months to get my blood work done, and I was overdue already by a month. She didn't seem to care about me. No bedside manner. I was not impressed.

Dr was very timid and barely spoke. I am looking for a new Dr.

There was absolutely no discussion. She just put in referrals. She did not listen to what I was saying at all.
