I had a very good experience . Minu and the nurses that gets my (vital signs) they are all attentive and made me feel at ease throughout the visit.

She has been great! I'm so happy to have found her. She actually listens, and works with me to address all my concerns.

Minu Jacob's is the best primary care physician I have seen. She made me know that I was supported and she intensively listened to my concerns. For the first time at the doctor, I felt like another human was seeing me and truly cared.

I had a great experience with my care provider. I was considering changing to a Dr that was not as far for me, but after my visit I decided that I would stay with my current provider because she was so great and I really felt like she listened to my concerns and made sure they were all addressed.

If there was an "excellent" option to choose from, I would definitely pick that option to describe the care I received from Minu Jacobs. She has a warm,soothing demeanor that puts me at ease. She is also very professional, knowledgeable and spends enough time discussing and explaining any health care tests, procedures or medications I might need. She also answered any questions I had during my appointment.

Dr Minu Jacob is very attentive and aware of my medical needs and schedules our visits often to check on my reactions to mediation adjustments, and is on top of my often required bloodwork.

I was rushed and felt judged during my appointment. I hadn't gone to a doctor in years for personal reasons and I was given attitude when I said I got my last pap smear a few years ago. The same happened when I was asked where I got blood work done. I responded and said I don't get blood work done and this was met with an incredibly judgemental look. The physical itself was incredibly rushed. She only listened to my heart, looked in my ears, and in my throat. My temperature was not checked, and my body was not checked for any lumps or abnormal growths. When I talked about a medical concern it was not taken seriously enough. Blood tests were ordered but there was a lack of empathy and I was rushed out the door.

The NP is a nice person but after looking at the visit notes on the portal I was left wondering if we were at the same visit. In the office we talked about the reason for my visit, but I don't feel as though she was trying to find the cause of my issue, let alone propose a course of action.

Minu Jacob rushed my appointment. I know she had somewhere to be after. She did the quickest exam ever. I asked her a question, and she was a little condescending about it as well. I'm sure she's knowledgeable but I think her communication could be better.
