Sarah-Jessica Poblete, MD

Dr. Poblete is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. She earned her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines, and completed her training in Internal Medicine at the Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. She joined TGMG in 2005; prior to this, she worked in both traditional internal medicine and ambulatory care.

Dr. Poblete manages acute and chronic conditions that affect the adult population, and provides preventive care through age-appropriate testing. She is recognized by the NCQA Diabetes Recognition Program. Dr. Poblete's practice does not include management of HIV or other chronic infectious diseases such as chronic osteomyelitis, chronic fatigue syndrome/EBV and other viral syndromes, and Lyme disease, among others.
